What it does: Its formula features color that can be adjusted in water, and it comes with a precision brush for precise application. It's ideal for use on sensitive eyes.
How to use: Moisten the brush and mix it into the product. Apply in even strokes close to the lashline. Remove with your favorite makeup remover.
