Great Blotting Powder in Chic Compact
I like this powder a lot for dealing with my oily, aging skin. The powder seems to last all day without being cakey. I use the sponge to pat the powder over my foundation. This method seems the best way to use without disturbing foundation and blush. Case is a large silver colored round that is modern and chic looking.

Doesnt cover at all
I was using CC moisture surge cream and it doesn't cover my red areas and it leaves dry, splotchiness all over my face. I use moisture surge under along with the mild liquid soap and #2 exfoliating lotion first. I tried buying the superpowder double powder to see if I could just use it because I have the Mac studio and it covers perfectly. Its a no-go. It doesnt cover at all. Its so upsetting bc I was trying to purchase at just one place. I love Clinique moisturizer, facial soap and the exfoliating lotion. I really need a good foundation and powder & can't find one.

Love it!!
I'm pretty oily especially towards the middle of the day. I have been using blotting paper for years! I wanted to try something different and I'm glad I did! No white residue when applied. Cute case too! My only advice is clean the sponge that comes with it.

Clinique Blotting Powder: Invisible Touch
This is a great blotting and blurring powder to reduce shine and as a finishing touch to foundation. I’ve been using Trish McEvoy’s similar white finishing powder in a refill pan for the planner. Glad to see Clinique has a similar product in a sleek, chic mirrored standalone compact. I use the sponge it comes with but more often, a powder brush to dust over face to set foundation and blend blush and bronzer. The white vanishes without a trace, blends right in. Unlike Trish’s powder, this product develops some shiny residue on the top layer. I use scotch tape to pick up the residue and the powder is fine, a blogger hack I read somewhere.

Good stuff for oily skin. I blot after putting on my tinted moisturizer but need to reapply throughout the day

Great for absorbing oil
This powder works great at absorbing oil without adding any additional color to your makeup, so you don't have to worry about shade matching or it messing up your existing makeup when you touch-up later in the day.

It’s OK.
Looks like white powder on the sides of my nose, so I just make sure I only get the powder on top of my nose. Like that the top of the lid can be used as a mirror for quick face checks.
I doubt that I would re-purchase it, but I wouldn’t discourage anyone from trying it. All skin coloring is different and absorbs differently as well.
