My Go-To Powder

This is a very refined powder for a non cakey finish. I use a tinted moisturizer and sunscreen plus this for an unmade up but but still finished look. Even though it's oil-free it doesn't dry out my rather dry skin. This is my third purchase and when I've tried other brands of a similar product I always go back to Stay-Matte.

No colors for women of color

The color was to light. As a women of color, I am am finding it difficult to find products for my skin color. If they have the color, you never know when Clinique will discontinue it.

There are better products out there...

I went through a couple of these compacts when I was a teenager, but now that I'm in my mid-twenties this powder is no longer is a must-have. I have a normal skin type and the powder was drying and felt pretty make-up-y (that's a word, right?) on my face. I tried out M·A·C 'Mineralize' Skinfinish Natural and the mineral powder feels waaay better, and the ingredients are better for your skin, too. I would recommend a a more natural product.

good but not great!

Cheers, I don’t really use Clinique, I’m not really a fan but I decided to try this compact and I’m happy enough with it although the color match isn’t 100%. there aren’t that many choices to begin with, I’m going to keep it but I wouldn’t order from Clinique again.

Definitely absorbs shine!

This is the first time I've ordered this product. I ordered the Invisible Matte color and it goes on colorless on my medium skin tone. The powder is light and immediately takes the shine away for several hours. The sponge that comes with it, isn't that soft so I'll probably swap it out for a softer one. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Pretty Drcent Pressed Powder

Excellent coverage. Can be worn over concealer and foundation or alone. Can also control coverage with the use of a brush versus a sponge. My only feedback is there needs to be more options for women of color. I have a decent enough match for now. However once summer arrives and start to tan then I think I won’t be able to use it.
