How to use: For a basic, tight line, tilt your head 10 degrees back while looking into a mirror to make it easier to see your lash line. Starting at the outer corner of the eye, draw a line to the middle of the lash line. Repeat from the inner corner of your eye, connecting to the first line. To enhance your lashes, tilt your head 10 degrees back while looking into a mirror. Position Skinny Stick on top of your lashes and wiggle the pencil tip back and forth between lashes to fill in gaps.
