What it is: An all-day lip liner that can be used to line and define lips, or used all over before your lipstick application for extended wear.
Who it's for: All skin types.
What it does: Its nondrying formula helps keep lipstick in place and prevents lipstick from feathering or bleeding. No sharpening required.
How to use: Swivel the pencil up 1/8-inch (the pencil does not retract, to avoid exposing the unused portion inside the tube to the drying effects of air). Follow a dot-dash-dot method to ensure ease and accuracy of application: Draw two dots on the upper lip's bow, a dash across the bottom lower lip and then connect all three. To extend color wear, fill in lips with a liner then follow with lipstick. Recap securely to protect the formula.

Natural Finish
I love this liner so much; the shade I use the most is Lipblush because I can pair it with many shades of lipstick: mauve, nude/pink, light pink or bright pink. I also love Honeystick and Toasted Almond, which I pair with orange/brown or peach color lipsticks. These lipliners get a bit dry after having them for a while, but I like them more than other brands because the shades look very natural, and that is important to me because I do not want to make my lip liner look so obvious.

NO WAY
If I could give it zero stars, I would. I ordered a couple of these because I have always like the color. I like to keep one at home and one in my bag. When I opened the first one and went to use it, it broke off the tiny amount that was extended, then the rest of the very short remainder fell out. I couldn't get it back in so it was basically just a goner. So I opened the second one and there was a super tiny amount in the case. I always liked Clinique and I don't know what the problem was here: whether it's a Clinique issue or a Nordstrom one. I do know, however, I would NOT RECOMMEND. It's pretty much the same as tossing your money in the garbage can without the effort of opening a package.

The perfect lip liner!
I am a makeup junkie. I love trying new products but I also have old favorites that I go back to again and again.
This lip liner is one I just can't give up.
It is the perfect blend of creaminess and color. It has staying power, too. Plus, you can't beat the price. Half of Dior's and it's actually better.
There's a huge selection of colors, and one is sure to find several that are perfect fits.
Although I think Clinique's skincare line is awful, their makeup line is stellar and such a great price point.
P.S. - If you haven't tried Clinique eye liner, just order some of that, too. It is just as good as this product.

Super lip liner
I love Clinique's automatic lip liners. I have had several. Right now I am using Cocoa Peach and Honeystick. Cocoa Peach is a little brighter than the Honeystick, which is a very nice nude color that you can wear with about any color lipstick unless you wear a bright coral or red. They go on very smoothly and are long wearing.

Love this
This is my one and only lip liner for the past 15 years. I like it because its smooth and creamy and does not peel my skin off as it goes on (unlike some other brands). I also like it because I don't have to sharpen it. Baby buff is a nude color, its perfect for me. I don't like very dark lips. This is universal with any lipstick color. What it does is that it outlines the lips with a very natural and nude color and then when I apply lipstick or gloss, it makes it look better and outlines my lips beautifully without adding any color.

Doesn't last all day, but really like it :)
This lip liner is perfect for a bit of definition/color without looking like I'm wearing lipstick. Sky Violet is a shade darker than my natural lip color and has a very natural finish. I wouldn't call it moisturizing, but it does go on smoothly. It comes off if I eat or drink (that's why it only gets 4 stars out of 5), but the outside line/edge stays put nicely, and it doesn't look too horrible since it's close to my lip color. So I just fill in the middle again and slip the slim pencil back into my "necessity" makeup bag, which contains minimum beauty items carried at all times in case of makeup emergencies ;) Nice that you don't need a sharpener for this pencil. I've already gone through a couple and reordered, which means it's a good product for me!

Love this Lip liner. Silky smooth application, great coverage and lots of choice in color (pink truffle's my personal favorite).This is a staple of my make-up regiment. Blends smoothly with Clinique Lipstick
