Richly pigmented dark eyeliner has all the intensity of liquid liner in an easy-to-use automatic pencil eyeliner. It is available in seven jewel-inspired lustre shades for creating shimmery eye looks that stay all day. The silky formula never is transfer resistant, smudge-resistant and water resistant. It needs sharpening and features a smudge tip at one end to effortlessly "smoke" your look.
How to use: Swivel eyeliner up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Line eyes. Use the tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to desired effect. Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula. Remove with your favorite Clinique eye makeup remover.

I have been buying this for years and like others the last one I bought was so dry and when I tried to use it none stayed on eyes. I then pressed harder and it broke. I'm afraid to order this product now.

What happened???
Used to love this liner but the new ones I bought can’t be smudged at all. Instead, the color comes off completely and flakes into my eyes. Wish I had read the reviews before buying more. I was running low and bought several of my favorite colors at the same time. They are all the same and un-usable. I will have to throw them all out.

The product was as expected however the free gift which came all wrapped in brown paper and enclosed in a box is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen a luxury dept store do. Really could you get any cheaper? The free gift wasn’t even a trial size, I’m sooo disappointed..see the pic

Worst eyeliner I have ever used
The color of the dark blue is great but one star is too much for this liner. The smudge the smudge tip does not blend it wipes off like an eraser. If Applied as just liner, no smudge it flakes and wears off.

Quickliner Eyeliner - Eyes Intense
This product simply does not work at all; leaves no color when applied. Even when applied to back of hand with more pressure, no color is dispensed. I plan to return. Have been disappointed in Clinique eye products overall and will not use in future.
