What it is: A silky, long-wearing eyeliner that smudges to a smooth blur of transfer-resistant color.

What it does: The silky eyeliner pencil lines and defines eyes with ease. The long-lasting formula is transfer-resistant, water -esistant and smudge-resistant. The automatic eyeliner pencil twists up, glides on and doesn't need sharpening. The eyeliner features a smudge tool on the opposite end that helps create a variety of looks and the formula gives you 60 seconds for blending and smudging before setting.

How to use: Swivel eyeliner up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Line eyes. Use smudging tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to desired effect. Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula. Remove with your favorite Clinique eye makeup remover.
