Kisses Lipstick Set (Limited Edition) $96 Value

Plastic packaging is squeaky but the shades are better than I expected. I am a very pale olive (NC5-10), and it is incredibly hard to find swatches on pale skin online, therefore I decided to write a review. My all time fave is Angel Red. It is a deep neutral dark red, neither brown nor plum, milder and less glossy than Icon Pop (which also is a great fit colour wise), stains my teeth a bit more than Pop series. Not a long lasting lipstick, quite easy to fix though. Barely is lavender-ish beige which also looks great on pale olive skin. It feels a bit dry-ish, but using a balm under it helps a lot. Bamboo Pink... good at electric light, not so good on day light as it pulls brown-ish, but still quite wearable. A Different Grape looks a bit too harsh on me, as it looks much darker on lips than in tube.

I was exited to use these lipsticks, I ordered them in late November and started to use them today, as soon as I put It on I realized the strange odor that only belongs to expired lipstick, very disappointed of Clinique selling products that are sitting on shelf for a long time. I'm glad that the order was for myself and It was not a gift to a friend.

Luv the dramatically different lipsticks my favourite shade by far is bamboo pink! Barely and A Different Grape are nice too. Was a little disappointed with Angel Red, however, as it's not a bright blue-red as shown but rather a brown-red with no shimmer (in the second image it appears to have a shimmer which I prefer over matte shades).
