BUYER BEWARE
THIS IS A REFILL! You need to already own or purchase the activator, which is VERY hard to find. The two together cost 40 dollars plus. I bought this for a birthday gift thinking I got a great bargain, but it's totally useless. Half the cost would go to shipping it back for a return. So frustrating!
