How to use: Start at your lash roots, wiggling the brush to your lash tips. Repeat to build. For lower lashes, hold the wand vertically. To remove, use your fingertips to splash warm water on your lashes several times and press gently. Or, wet a cotton pad with warm water, press to your eye then wipe away.
