Soft, healthy-looking glow!
I am in my late 60's and definitely want my skin to have a soft glow. Matte skin (to me!) is aging and unhealthy looking. This highlighting stick is perfect for adding a natural looking glow wherever it's wanted or needed. I apply it to both cheekbones as well as across my forehead and on my chin as my final makeup step. Then gently rub in so that it looks natural and not streaky. The color is a very pale luminous pink. VERY pale. It is NOT like a blush. So soft. So subtle. So natural! trying to "hide" wrinkles with makeup usually backfires on me. It seems to accentuate them more. I instead "embrace" my wrinkles and go for the healthy glow. This highlighting stick is now a must-have in my makeup routine.

Too shiny, too little effect as Highlighter
Unfortunately, I am not happy at all with the Chubby Stick Highlighter. It gets on with an oily texture and provokes an unnatural shine much like super oily skin. Wears off way too fast and leaves a greasy feeling until washed off completely. The only positive thing is the handling and easy way of applying.

Perfect highlighting touch!
I've definitely taken to the trend of the more highlighted look, and wanted a more everyday highlight other than the one I use on the weekends or when going out (NARS the multiple stick in Orgasm). I am very fair skin and this provides with a healthy, beautiful glow! It lasts all day which is one of my favorite parts. I put the stick directly on my skin where I want highlights, and then use my fingers to blend it in. A great product.

Better Than OK..But Not GREAT
Pretty good. I really liked the pink tone (for my skin type), but Maybelline's is just as good for a lot less $$'s.

Just Right!
Just right! No sparkle or drama lines with this glow stick. It is the last item I use with makeup -- center forehead, tip of nose, tip of chin and, of course, apples of cheeks (with blush already under it and going out to hairline -- this is best for me on apples of cheek and not up and out to eye lines). It is light so is natural looking with a bit of glowy extra without the drama. IF you are seeking a bit more drama, just add more as it will build. Mark skin and lightly rub and viola! Glowy and ready to go and very, very healthy looking overall -- radiant like I was ten years ago vs. adding powder to set make up -- big difference! And no glitter or drama (especially during day) of other brands that are lovely in their own way, but this is just right!

Always have in my makeup bag
Really like this Clinique Chubby Stick. Gives my face a nice glow. I have found that tubbing a small amount on my face before applying a light coverage of ‘Dior Capture Totale’ I get a nice glow & I no longer use face powder which gave me a baked on look.
