How to Have Brows When You Don't Have Any
When I was young I had thick, brown eyebrows that had to be tweezed once in a while. Then as I got older, my brows got thinner and finally, like my hair, turned white. I have tried several different products to enhance the few brow hairs I have, but Clinique's Brow Shaper is the best. I don't even think people realize that my brows are really Clinlque's Brow Shaper and not my natural brows.

Why did you discontinue a popular color?
I have read others comments so I am NOT the only one upset about you discontinuing the color Wheat. You obviously don't seem to care about what your customers want. Your recommendation to use an eyebrow pencil in replacement for a powder means you don't use either one because it doesn't work! There is a BIG difference between a draw on eyebrow pencil and an eyebrow powder. I am so tired of wasting money trying to find a replacement for Wheat. I'm especially tired of looking ridiculous with eyebrows that are too dark. Why won't you listen to or care about your customers?

Outstanding product!
Originally, I ordered the Clinique Brow Shaper because I wanted the angled brush. The brush is stiff and the bristles don't move individually (which I like because that makes it easy to manipulate the shape of your eyebrow with the brush.) I would compare it to using an eyebrow pencil, except that an eyebrow pencil doesn't apply as naturally looking as the Clinique Brow Shaper brush does. I give the brush five stars on its own.
The powder color I ordered was Soft Brown. I have dark brown hair and it blended perfectly with my own eyebrow hair, but I generally prefer a darker color for my eyebrows. I would still recommend if you have dark brown hair and would prefer a completely natural look.
My overall opinion is 5/5 stars. I would order this product again.

Best Subtle Brow Shaper
I've tried every type of product to enhance the impact of my brows. I have streaked dark blond hair and brown eyes. My brows are a light brown with a few (unwanted!) gray hairs. I've tried powders. pencils and gels in shades from blonde to light brown to medium brown in all price ranges. They were either too heavy, smeared or had too much red in them. Having read the reviews of other customers, I decided to try this Clinique product as a last resort. Problem solved at last! It definitely lives up to its advertising: "Soft, natural colors (in my case, 03 Wheat) to fill in and perfect brows with no harsh lines."

Best product ever!
After reading such positive reviews I decided to try this product and it is fabulous! Over the years I have over waxed and over plucked my brows and needed something natural looking to fill in some of the sparse areas that haven't grown back. The powder blends in easily and looks so natural looking. The angled brush makes for a mistake free application. I'm very fair skinned with dark brown hair and brows and the soft brown was perfect for me. I will be buying this for life!

Good product
I have been using this brow shaper for years. I find it easier to use, than a brow pencil. It is easy to apply. After I apply it, I do run through my brows, with a brow brush. That mellows it out a little, and makes It look more natural.
The box will last for ages, unlike a pencil that has to be constantly sharpened.
So, I will continue to buy this product.

Used this for years
Although I have black brows a makeup artist once told me to use this charcoal product. It is terrific and so much better than pencil.
