Best pillow ever.
Title says it all. I have been spoiled and I can't sleep without this pillow now. Therefore I bought my girlfriend two more.

Not standard size
These pillows are a rip-off! The description says 20x29 standard size. The ones I received are 15x23 - not even close. I thought maybe they might expand since the box they arrived in was too small, but after a few hours they are the same size. Thickness seemed very nice but I need a pillow for my pillowcase not a decorative size pillow. Waste of my time Nordstroms!

Less than average performance
The pillow is very different and not in a good way. It does not keep cool and does not give to the mold of your head. Very disappointed.

All of my other latex pillows have bounce and cradle my head. This was is too firm and very flat

Great pillow
Seems to help with my neck and I love the cooling gel. The only thing would be I wish it was a tiny bit more form.

Cloud Support Pillow
The only thing I don’t like is that it does not come with extra filling. The cheaper ones do - go figure.Each person is different just would have liked a little more filling.

A little flatter than I’d like
Feels great, has a good loft until you lay on it and then it goes too flat for my liking. I still end up having to bunch it up under my neck. I like that it is one solid piece so it doesn’t shift around. It feels soft and responsive. It’s still better than anything I currently own, but I will keep looking and decide about returning just due to the fact the loft is not high enough for side sleeping (for me) It also stinks, a pillowcase helps but not completely. Hopefully that the smell will fade.
