Lip Glorifier

I purchased this mainly because of the beautiful packaging. I am a fan of unique packaging and I could not withhold on This purchase. Especially because I had a 20$ Nordstrom note to use. So the product, it does not look the way it does in the image. My Glorifier did not have that white circle in the center as pictured here online. That was deceiving not sure why it is that way it was just a solid pink that is translucent. Maybe has a small hint of color. It smells like roses, I am not a fan of that smell however it is not extremely overwhelming. The formula is moisturizing soft and really just perfect. I might buy another just to have as a back up.

Could be the most amazing lip anything ever! Glorifier is exactly what it is. Makes your lips look perfect, not too shiny, teeniest bit of shimmer, and it makes you look like you have nothing on, but your lips are pefect. I usually do lip liner then lipstick, but this highlights your edges and smooths your lips in the most perfect way. After I received, I bought three more. Nordstrom’s was sold out, so i had to hunt down somewhere else. Don’t hesitate on this one! Magical to say the least.

As I’ve said in other reviews- I’m a self-proclaimed lip balm addict- especially for the luxe lines. I purchased this balm looking for the holy grail of lasting moisture in a stick formula after a failed attempt with the LaMer gloss. I don’t care at all for waxy balms that sit on the lips and do nothing to repair or moisturize. This balm leans a bit towards waxy, but was not so bad that I would return it. It takes a LOT of swipes/layers for me to get an adequate amount of it on- which means it will go fast- a definite downside to the high price. While it does offer some moisture, it doesn’t seem to penetrate and treat the lips, and is not long lasting. For the price the size is VERY small- and again I have to use a lot on each application. The new formula does not have the white inner circle shown in the photos. There is no colour, plumping effect, or tingling- none of which are issues for me. While I had high expectations, this balm is not my go-to and though I kept it and will use it up, I wouldn’t purchase it again. For the price, they need to make it more moisturizing and enhance the formula to be softer on the lips.

The actual bullet is ludicrously small for $45, think thin and about the size of half of a finger. However, it is one of the better lip products I've used. It's moisturizing, and makes my lips look plump, natural and gorgeous, with a nice faint pink sheen. Your lips but better. Not sure it's quite worth the price, but I do love it!

Cle de Peau Lip Glorifiers are smaller (Narrow tube) yes, but they pack quite a punch when it comes to doing what a lip treatment should, providing a natural glow, and offering immediate AND long-term results. Lips immediately feel pampered and protected from the elements (this is particularly good in cold seasons and dry climates). So gentle and moisturizing, you won’t want to put it down.
