PERFECT BLACK DRESS!
This dress is beautifully made, quite heavy and lined for those cold east coast winters. This is the perfect dress for anything, you can dress it up or down and wear it for years. Can't say enough good things about this one!!!

Poor quality and construction
What a disappointment! I expected better quality from Classiques. The fabric was cheap - it was crunchy, thin and felt scratchy. The sizing was way off - I'm typically a 6 in Classiques and the 8 was so tight I could barely get it on but then the top was so loose the zipper wouldn't stay up. The bust area was unflattering - low cut and tight but also loose in the shoulders. The construction was also bad - the previously mentioned zipper. The dress seemed like a home ec project gone wrong. I hope this isn't an indication of declining quality across the whole brand.

classy
Nice dress- I had to swap the size 6 for an 8- I am 5 7- 145 pounds- hour glass- 36-27- 38 and the 8 fits better. Nice seams-that do not bulge out.

Versatile LBD
I ordered this for work, and it is work-appropriate in that it's long enough and not too low cut. But it is form-fitting and a little sexy too, so you could wear this out.
