Did I get a childsize labeled as mens?

Every review of this hoodie said to size down- I did NOT listen and just got my husbands regular size. As soon as he opened it up the hoodie looked like a crop top and when he tried it on … I should say squeezed it on, it looked even more ridiculous. I should note he is not a big guy- 6’1, average build so I’m baffled as to why the fit is so small. Also, looks like the hoodie is now sold out so cant even exchange for a bigger size to see if the fit will be any better.

runs big suggest true to size or 1 size under

The hoodie runs big. I'm a medium and a small fits me, but I have slight trouble fitting my head in my head is a medium size, not overly big.

FOG Essentials hoodie.

Very nice high quality hoodie, color is beautiful too but neckline is too tight my son struggled his head to wear it. My son’s head is even smaller in size. I’m ordering the next size, hope it will work this time.
