I’m
I love the knife’s performance, but its reliability is suspect as my first one suddenly broke in half while using it. I’m impressed though by how the company stood behind its product and its warranty.

Best Bread Knife

So many uses
I have the chef's knife, a paring knife, and a set of steak knives from Wusthof already. I didn't think I needed the bread knife until I got it. The cut is so smooth that it's like using a chef's knife on softened butter, but for a bread knife on brioche. The knife does all the work! I can't wait to use the bread knife to slice apple pie because I can tell it won't break the lattice crust. I love these knives!

Best Knife?
Yes, it probably is the best knife and my collection. Slice of bread, tomatoes, corn on the cob just about anything. This is a truly great knife.
