My new favorite knife!
This knife does the work of several others - slicing, paring, chopping. I find that I reach for it first more often than not.

Great product
Bought this knife to add to my collection of other wusthof knives. I have the shorter version of this and absolutely love it. The longer blade on this knife was exactly what I needed and wanted. Would definitely recommend

Simply the BEST
I purchased a chef’s knife, a slicing knife and a pairing knife. My thoughts were, “where have you been all my life. ” I use all three knives each time I prepare a meal. I purchased both of my sons a set for their Christmas gifts. “You’re welcome, sons. ” These knives are simply the best! Don’t prepare food any longer without them.
