Small, versatile knife with slim blade and plain edge—this paring knife is the second most important knife to have in the kitchen. The small, narrow blade tapers to a point at the tip and is easy to handle making it the perfect knife to trim and slice and peel small produce such as garlic cloves and herbs.
How it's made: The essential piece is forged and triple-riveted to its handle for durability, and tempered to 58 degrees Rockwell.

My knives have names- last name always Wusthof. This little paring knife does all his cuts in a flash, is easy to handle because (he has no fat) and looks beautiful on my holder. Love love Wusthof

3-1/2” Paring knife
This knife as my collection oh Wusthof knives makes a pleasure to prepare my meals in the kitchen. I bought this knife for my collection and sent the other one to a friend that I have been building her a collection. Everyone in her family will appreciate this paring knife with a very precise ability for intricate cutting applications. I have enjoyed mine and find “how did I manage with out my new paring knife”.

Good not Great
The point is sharp and useful. The knife is useful but it didn't cut through an average carrot easily. The Chef's knife was better for that. I was disappointed.

Classic Ikon paring knife
This knife is a classic wustof knife. Fits perfectly in your hand and slices perfectly. Slices tomatoes super thin and cuts potatoes like butter. I’m never disappointed with these knives. Super high quality and absolutely razor sharp. I ordered the wustof hand sharpener to keep it that way. Definitely worth the money.
