not for me...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed sampling several products from Vacation Inc., and until now they have all agreed with my skin beautifully. Unfortunately, the Classic Face Lotion SPF 45 was the first one that caused some irritation for me. The texture is much creamier than I expected—almost richer than what my skin prefers for daytime sunscreen. A little truly goes a long way, and I found that even a small amount felt a bit heavy on my skin. The scent is pleasant and very much in line with the brand’s beachy vibe, though I personally enjoy that fragrance more in the summer months than during what still feels like winter here in the Pacific Northwest. I should include that my current skincare routine includes retinol, which may have made my skin more reactive than usual. Because of that experience, I would suggest that anyone with sensitive or easily irritated skin approach this one with a little caution. *This review was collected as part of a promotion.

Summer ready
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful year around sunscreen for your face. I enjoy the vacation brand and all their products. This one is new to me as I have never tried their face sunscreens before. It is spf 45 and water resistant to 80 minutes. I think a big difference from other high end sunscreens is vacation gives you 3oz unlike the usual 1-2oz. You get a lot of Product for your money and it can easily last you all season. The bottle is plastic so it will travel well with you. The product does have some of the typical sunscreen scent but it does go away when it dries down. Vacation Never Does Me Dirty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a gal with the winter pallor of a sickly Victorian orphan, I’m perpetually working to protect my skin.Vacation Inc has always been great for me, and the Classic Face Lotion in SPF 45 is no exception. I could write paragraphs on their amazing packaging and marketing, but that seems unnecessary at this point.The Classic Face Lotion has that amazing classic Vacation scent, which propels me back to my childhood and much less stressful times. The lotion goes on smoothly with the slightest sheen, while I can feel that I’m wearing a sunscreen, it isn’t overly heavy or greasy. As previously mentioned, I’m pale, but I definitely don’t get any white cast. It seems to go on smoothly under makeup as well.To be fair, it’s still not pool weather in the PNW, so I haven’t tried it poolside or anything but it seems like a winner, as I assumed it would and I love that it’s SPF 45! *This review was collected as part of a promotion.

Especially this product and im sooo glad this one is the first one i tried! Amazing facial sunscreen!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love Vacation products- so when I saw they had a new *face specific* sunscreen to try out, I was intrigued! My first impression was the texture/thickness was perfect for a facial sunscreen. It wasn’t too thick, nor too thin. It absorbed rather quickly and didn’t leave me feeling greasy or heavy. Since I have combination skin, this is frequently a concern of mine. But it turned out to be perfect! It sat well throughout the day as well and did not ‘melt’ my makeup off, which I appreciated. It did its job and prevented me from getting burned, while also keeping my skin looking & feeling amazing. Great Summer Sunscreen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically reach for mineral sunscreens, but I was really impressed with this face lotion! Usually sunscreen lotions are heavy and leave a white cast on my skin. I did not have this issue at all. This sunscreen lotion was easy to blend into my skin, and did not leave any white cast. It had a pleasant smell, and reminded me of summertime during my childhood. It was also easy to blend into my skin, and did not feel like it was sitting on top of my skin. I have only tested this sunscreen with light make up on top, but I did not notice any creasing or cakey feeling after applying blush and bronzer over top.
