Best butter socks
These are warm and soft and do not shed little pieces of yarn like some. I have bought these for years.

Poor Quality/Defective
I've been buying these socks for about 10 years now. The quality this year is the worst I've seen. I purchased 2 pair, and one of them is clearly defective (should never have been sent). The top of one sock wasn't sewn properly AT ALL, and is folded over/unraveling (photos included here). The other pair in the oatmeal color looks smaller than they used to be, and they definitely aren't as thick and plush. I didn't realize the return process has changed (label no longer provided), so I'm not very happy. What a waste of money.

Quality has declined
I’ve been buying butter socks for years, we love them, they used to be plush and thick but sadly the ones I just purchased recently are noticeably thinner, certainly could not be called “buttery” anymore. What a shame.

Very soft wish Nordstrom inventory was better
I got these socks in the beautiful Pink Beach Ombre and Ivory Egret, and wanted to purchase more only to see that they were sold out (after only a couple of weeks). These socks are deliciously soft and great for lounging or sleep. I really wish Nordstrom inventory were higher (things seem to sell out very quickly lately) and I hope Nordstrom will restock these in the Pink Beach Ombre and other pretty colors.

Great socks for around the house
A little thinner this year than the usual nice plush butter socks of years past. I purchased these as a gift and she loves them. I wish they were as thick and plush as in the past. Still great socks for around the house though.
