Great knives.
I’ve had a Classic Ikon set for many years. Since we bought a second home, I wanted to have a good set of knives there. This set does not disappoint. I didn’t think I would like these as much as my Classic Ikon’s, but they are wonderful. Sharp, well balanced, and will hold up for years to come. I will keep adding to this set, and enjoy it for years to come.

Not sharp
I ordered the chef knife or cooks knife, and I use it to cut fruit and other easy things and after each cut I have to sharpen a blade. It does not keep the edge for the money I paid they should stand by their products which they do not.
