Beautiful shoe and comfortable
I think these shoes are nice, but the British Tan Leather is a little too unique and perhaps not as versatile as a more tan/beige color might be. No complaints about the construction of or quality of the shoe. Very classic. I selected true to size which should read true to the size adjustment. I ordered half a size up and they are perfect. I am every bit of a size 9 and the 9.5 is perfect.

the perfect pump
I am in love with these shoes, they are beautiful and comfy (what a great idea on the cushion in the back - it gives extra comfort and has the shoe stay in place!). Nothing was rubbing compared to all the other brands I ordered despite complaints from other reviewers that the shoe is not wide enough. Glad I sized up to 7.5. I am normally a 7 W, could be a 6.5 W. The 7.5 W fit perfectly. There’s no issue with the width, I think just the sizing is a half size off, which is not that big of a deal for me as other than that the shoe is perfect! Cherry on top - they are all leather, inside and out, usually inside is man made which could lead to stinky feet. I want more colors please!!!!

Perfect Staple Heel
I just bought these heals for a business trip and they are so comfortable yet still very pretty and elegant. They do not look like a typical comfort shoe. The color is perfect and goes with everything.

too narrow for a wide
I ordered a size 7 wide in the animal print.....Although I did like the color, style and the perfect heel of these shoes, they were very tight on my foot and I'm a medium width and this wide pair did not work for me. Sad to be returning them.
