How to use: Use Clarins' new six-step Manual Auto-Lifting method for optimal results. Apply a thin layer of serum all over your face. Support the full weight of your head with the palms of your hands, which provides the ideal pressure necessary for draining tissues without pulling. On your eyes and forehead, place the base of your palms over your eyes and eye contours, covering the forehead with your fingers. Rest your head in your hand for 10 seconds. On your cheekbones, open your hands slightly and place your palms over your cheekbones. Press and release three times for 10 seconds. Then, cover your entire face with your hands, separating them a little to leave room for your nose for 10 seconds. On your chin and jaw, rest the lower part of your face in your hands, placing your index fingers behind your ears. Rest your head in your hands for 10 seconds. Under the jaw, clench your fists. Let the weight of your head rest down for 10 seconds. On your collarbone, place your fingertips in the hollows and gently exert pressure. Press and release three times.
