What it is: A precision eyebrow pencil that shapes and defines to help you create perfectly arched brows.

What it does: It features a spoolie brush on one end to blend color for a professional makeup artist result. The pencil delivers a soft matte finish for the most natural-looking effects and stays put for hours. Its subtle, smoky colors blend easily so you control the line.

How to use: Brush your brows using the spoolie brush. Then, using the pencil, create long, horizontal strokes along the base of your brows to define their shape. To fill in your brows, create light, feathered strokes in the direction of your natural hair growth. Blend with the spoolie. If desired, set with a brow wax or clear setting gel.
