How to use: Brush your brows using the spoolie brush. Then, using the pencil, create long, horizontal strokes along the base of your brows to define their shape. To fill in your brows, create light, feathered strokes in the direction of your natural hair growth. Blend with the spoolie. If desired, set with a brow wax or clear setting gel.
