What it is: A pore-refining face cleanser with salicylic acid to help remove skin impurities, improve dullness, refresh skin and improve uneven skin tone and texture.

What it does: This gentle cleanser effectively cleanses skin without causing irritation or dryness. The rich foam removes makeup and excess oil while helping to reduce the appearance of pores and fine lines. Skin is left smooth, bright and more even-toned.
Research results:
In a multi-phototype self-assessment study of 105 women immediately after use:
- 95% agreed the product was gentle
- 88% agreed skin looked clean and clear following usage
After the second application:
- 92% agreed the product removed impurities
- 89% agreed skin felt smoother
After four weeks:

How to use: Apply a small amount of cleanser to damp skin. Gently massage in using circular motions to remove makeup and impurities. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat skin dry.

Hard to travel with / rash on face
I have been a loyal Lancome customer for decades and have loved all of the products including the foam face cleanser. They stopped making it so I ordered this product. First, I dropped it in the shower once, and the lid broke and is impossible to close now. In addition, a week after consistent usage, I developed a rash on my face. I stopped using it, and within a week the rash went away. What a disappointment on all levels. Bring back the cleansing foam!

Needs a new scent
I just used for the first time and time will tell. I am not a fan of the smell, Lancome really needs to change that, but I am willing to try until the bottle is gone. I am a huge fan of the Creme Radiance and the smell is lovely, but my oily skin and pores are a problem so I am hoping this reduces my pores and regulated my oily skin better.

Cleanses well
I love all of Lancome products no matter what it is. It’s all I use on my face. This product cleanses well without drying my skin and I would definitely buy again.

My new favorite cleanser
After reading other reviews that the cleanser smells like a jalapeño I wanted to let you know I love my spicy foods so a jalapeño smell does not bother me at all. I LOVE this cleanser! I love how clean my face feels after washing. Also,I have very sensitive eyes and this did not bother my eyes at all and it was very gentle. This is the first Lancome cleanser that I found that kept my eyes happy. Also a little bit of cleanser goes a long way! Thank you for creating an incredible product
