NOT A BAG Charm!

Nordstroms has gone so far downhill. The stores are lacking in merchandise and look like bargain basement with descriptions on website often times not accurate, thus wasting time of customers. I am so disappointed in a store that used to have the BEST customer service and quality merchandise. I have more faith in Amazon.
