Clara Pleated Wide Leg Trousers

These feel feminine and luxurious. Fit just like the photo - I'm 5'7" (170 cm) and they pool on the floor, I'm stepping on them as I walk. Will have to shorten them to avoid an accident. They're double lined and feel a bit heavy, I'm considering shortening the lining so they're more see through below the knee and are lighter for California. I originally wanted them for the office, but they feel like a night out type of pant more. I'm around 140 lbs (64 kg) and the medium fits well.

I was returning the pants that had been ordered because of size. Wanted to reorder the same pants in a different size. I had been notified that another order was ready to pickup. So a pants return and a blouse pick up or do I thought. The person helping me got so confused as to what was being returned and what needed to be reordered that he processed a return of the blouse that I hadn’t pick up yet. He passed me over to the pick up department and the lady in that Dept was helping me, but…. After she straightened the return matter out she unfortunately gave me the WRONG pick up package with another’s name on it, not mine. This was not brought to my attention until I had driven 30 miles back home. Now I have to return to the T O Store and bring back this package for someone else and hopefully, mine is still there to pick up. What a mess and an inconvenience for a disabled person! I was very respectful and patient when there which is my nature, but the three people so called “helping me” were of no help as it turns out!
