Eye Color Quad Case

i like the choice to use the quads bare or get a case. some may not though because of cost. these are $80 quads and should have the case to perform best IMO. navy case, gold accents. case mirror is big. applicators top quality. easily cleaned and reused. no lint collection or powder chunking on sponges when rubbing in product. soft sponge much like chanel maybe even better. two sided. soft blending brush good for crease. easy to load/ unload quads back first lowered, front higher, then lower the front in. will be level with case when in all the way- you dont have to push hard. its obvious when secured right. imo dont need a tool to take the quads out or put them in properly. i love that. seems with a tool i run the risk of cracking the product at edge based on pressure alone and have seen expensive accidents like that before. with this a slight nail into the ledge will do the trick. easy open push clasp on front of lid. good hinge width to contain clasp. all around thick sides. sturdy. good size, not too small or too square in my hand. gold ridges are classy. seems tough enough for much repeat use. lid shows off like a real crystal. also reflects cool stuff in certain lighting while you look in mirror. like that. makes me feel young and on trend, noticed. isnt that why you pay for high end makeup anyway? just sayin. comes boxed with soft navy matchy pouch. case ranks with others, applicators far better than most. could be nicer pouch material. not deal breaker. just happy it doesnt get thrown out with the empty quad!

The eye shadow quad is hands down the very best on the market. That said, the separate case you must buy has its ups and downs. On the positive: brand new it is gorgeous - a deep and mysterious navy blue, exceptionally well made and a great shape with felt cover. Wands are good. The downside: case will scratch and dull over time. Not such a great feeling putting a new quad in an old case. Recommend only because of what's inside.
