City Walk Platform Sneaker (Women)

I bought these in silver and they are super stylish and cute. The comfort and arch support are excellent. I am most appreciative of the (what appear to be cotton laces). I despise a shoe (as in Nike expensive shoes) with cheap laces that untie every few minutes. These laces stay in place.

I had been looking for a high quality elevated sneaker to wear all around town and found it in the City Walk. I usually wear 10-11 and tried both, and 10 fit the best.. To me they ran a bit on the large side. One thing I especially love is toe box. My second toe is longer than my first, and this shoe accommodates them wonderfully. No smashing into the front! I wear orthotics, but the ones in the shoes have been comfortable enough for me. It is nice to know if I needed to I could take them out and put my own orthotics in. The City Walk pairs nicely with jeans, black Capri Pants, Skirts, and so on…. There are no glaring logos on these and I love that too. This is my first pair of Vionics. I plan on checking out more styles!

I needed some comfortable walking shoes for an upcoming trip to Portugal. I have significant arthritis in my right foot, and needed a shoe that would be comfortable for long days walking on cobblestones 5+ miles per day. I have to say I’m very optimistic about these. After a week or so break in period, I’ve been wearing them every day. They are definitely more comfortable than previous “comfort” shoes. I’m looking forward to our trip!
