City Mid Volume Canvas Backpack

The item I received was highly used, damaged, dirty and still contained personal hygiene items from the previous owner. The strap was broken and dropped into the bottom of the bag. I was appalled that Nordstroms would sell something in this condition. The only redeeming grace was the clerk I worked with when I returned it at Nordstrom Rack, Temecula, CA -- the day after I received it. Kudos to this clerk for being so understanding and helping me with the return.
