Stopped people in their tracks
This dress fits true to size as the sizing information provided states. I consistently wear at 24 which was a 2xl for this dress. This was a dress out of the norm for me and was amazing. Never have I ever felt so beautiful in a dress. When I arrived to my nieces wedding I stopped people in their tracks. I wore with A colorful J Renee pointy toe mule heel. The fabric is the normal thin polyester that shows water marks so steam instead of iron to avoid water marks. However, even though my iron leaks that was the least of my worries. No one noticed them, including me once I started turning heads. Made well, had a comfortable liner and I need it in every color!

Please provide size chart
“TRUE TO SIZE” isn’t helpful when “x-small plus” literally doesn’t exist anywhere else. Why is there no size chart. I am not spending $50-200 on a dress if I can’t know if it actually fits?

Va Va Voom is RIGHT!
I'm a City Chic fan! I've seen many reviews notate their sizing as "annoying"... Just go to their website for exact measurements -- and yes, Nordstrom should have sizing available...
I am a solid size 16R, purchased the XS/14w and it fit like a dream! Wore to my cousins wedding - super appropriate, cool and comfortable! The dress comes with removable straps that are provided in a bag attached to the dress.. Also, the bra insert is a winner! No adjusting - stayed put all night! I'm 5'6" and it hit the back of my calves...

Chic dress
Dress is flattering to my figure. Stretch allows for give and take at breast to waist area. I like that straps are removable and will create two different looks. Straps have an extra secure feature to avoid coming off. The ruffle at the front hide tummy which is a plus for me. Length reaches below ankles as I’m 5’1. I find that the inserted paddind/bra allows for dress to be worn without a bra if desired. All around the top hem of the dress has a plasticky material to minimize movement of the dress if that makes sense. I wish this dress was available in emerald so I will be returning.
