Sid Classic Straight Leg Jeans

LIke some other reviewers, I rarely write reviews, especially for clothes, but these jeans are the best. For years I walked by the $180+ jeans section because I thought it was ridiculous. But now I'm a decade out of college and I needed my jeans to be more of a casual replacement for slacks rather than something to throw on the floor at night and pick back up in the morning. I was shocked that a pair of jeans could be both this comfortable and fit so well; for me, at 6'0" 225 lbs most high-end jeans I'd tried on in the past made me look like Gru from Despicable Me or feel like I would lose a body part due to cut off circulation. My wife gave these a 10/10 on wash, design, and fit. Since discovering these jeans I've also tried AG, Hudson, and several other brands but these are still my favorite. The only knock is that these have a short life if they are your every day jeans. My first pair only lasted 8 months before the crotch blew out, and that didn't even include summer months when I might be more active in jeans outdoors. Still though, there has to be a trade-off somewhere and I'll take the short life versus cutbacks elsewhere.

I had sticker shock paying $180 for a pair of jeans. I'm used to $50 jeans, but my wife convinced me to try a pair. I really like these jeans, and now have 4 pairs. I'll buy a couple more to add to them. This is the only jean I'm buying now, great fit, look good.

He said it perfectly....honestly the sharpest pair of dress jeans I own....and I have been through them all. I am usually a 34 waist and found that the 33 in these fit me better. My legs are on the thinner side also. I am 6'2", and found the inseam to be perfect...as well as the rise...(crotch area)...not too tight or loose. These are on the thinner side (material) ..which I like...and are just a touch stretchy...again...I like. The ultimate wash is perfect for me....not black...but deeeeep blue. These look great with a sport coat and loafers. VERY happy customer!

Rarely do I write reviews for clothing, but these are awesome. This is a great brand! I struggle to find jeans in the straight leg or slim fit area that are not too tight on the leg and yet won't stay up with lack of much read end. These definitely enhance the fit and are very flattering for those of you who have bigger athletic legs.

I bought this for my boyfriend, who would have never payed for these himself. He liked them. They actually look very good on him. They are comfortable (he says), and I add the cut is very flattering. I also like the color. I know these are not the only dark jeans... but there is something about them. I approve, and I am likely going to try other CoH when I get him other present like this.

They were a little big for being straight leg jeans. overall, quality is there and looks very nice
