Racer Slim Jeans

They stink, like literally stink, but they fit perfectly. They are low-rise, but not too low. The biggest, but only, downfall is that they reek. Like moth balls. I typically would have returned them because they stunk that bad, but I loved the fit so much that I washed them three times, the first time with vinegar, and they still smell a little bit, but thankfully it's toned way down. In the same order, I purchased a pair of CoH black jeans and they have no smell at all. I'm sure it's the acid wash, but still... for this price, they should not smell so bad. Even my husband who is not sensitive to smells at all kept commenting how bad they stunk and that I needed to wash them or return them. So, be prepared to wash them 3 times (at least) as soon as you get them... and then you'll love them.

I've gotten this style twice- in slightly different color (Voodoo) but same cut. In any case- first pair fell apart within a year- they just broke in the crotch area. I thought it was one off. I love the fit so decided buy another pair. I bought here on Nordstrom website and had them delivered in January 2018. I saw a hole in the crotch again- not even 4 months after I bought them!!! And just so we are clear- I don't wear them 24/7- I only can wear jeans on the weekends, so maybe I had them on total of 25 times TOPS!!! Over $160 spent for jeans that survived 25 wears?? That's insane. Sorry COH- but never again. Absolutely horrendous quality for too much $$$. I am still waiting for response from COH HQ. They don't seem to be taking any responsibility for this.
