Cirque III Weather Resistant Performance Pants

Pants are excellent in extremely cold weather such as single digits below and above 0. However, if you're hiking at a fast pace and get hot easy, they're a bit hot. Especially if you're wearing a base layer. These pants vents on the sides to control temperature better. The gator at the bottom is excellent. We did 12 miles in the mountains at about -5 to 5 deg F and we butt slide through two to three feet deep snow and it kept us dry. Recommend buying but ensure you don't wear a base layer if you plan on sweating, even if the temperature is in the teens.

I got these to go hiking/climbing in extremely cold weather in the Northeastern US. They are comfortable and held up extremely well with great flex and mobility. Perfect length to accommodate for mountaineering boots and just right for those subzero temperatures. I'm not an expert level winter sports person, but I would default to these for any winter/snow/ice activity.
