What it is: Two shimmering richly colored nail lacquers hand blended in Brooklyn, New York using sparkling holographic flakes.
What it does: Named for the infinite chromatic possibilities in the color wheel, Cirque Colors specializes in hand-mixed polishes that are unique in pigment and high in performance.
How to use: Shake well before use as particle settlement may occur. For best results, apply base coat, 2–3 thin coats of nail polish and finish with top coat. Holographic polishes look best under direct light, such as sunlight or strong indoor bulbs, to bring out the prismatic rainbow effect.
