Great highchair!
Overall, I really like this highchair.
Things I like about it: sleek design that looks very modern, no cushions or cracks for food to stain or get stuck, dark grey straps that won't stain (why anyone thought it was a good idea to put white straps on a highchair is beyond me), tray is easy to clean and seat is easy to wipe down
Things I wish were better: the tray has two buttons that need to be pushed to unlatch it so it is difficult to do with one hand, the straps and buckle are a little confusing at first to see which way they clip in without getting twisted, there is only 2 heights for the footrest (my tall 8 month old still can't reach the first height), it is a bit wide so does take up some space.

not well thought thru
Cheap straps and can’t come off to wash (or if they do, you have to take apart the whole chair). 2-handed release for tray. Only 2 levels for feet rest. Cute but not practical.

Better than Tripp Trapp
I have both the Tripp trapp and Ciro. The Ciro is the fan favorite for both me and my daughter. Clean up for me is SO much easier. My daughter prefers the straps of the Ciro as well.

Love the look but the harness straps are difficult...
This highchair is beautiful, sturdy, made from high quality materials. You can see that a lot of thoughtfulness went into the design of the chair. The one problem is the harness straps and the problem has two main aspects. First, the straps are difficult to buckle. Particularly, if you have a squirmy little one, battling with getting the straps oriented the right way so you can buckle them in is not fun. The straps get twisted very easily and have to be essentially half twisted in the right direction in order to buckle. The second problem with the straps is that they cannot be cleaned easily. If they need to be removed for cleaning, it would be difficult or impossible to get them back into the high chair. So one has to clean them while they're attached and when we're talking about food that has been squished into the straps, that is also extremely unfun and cleaning needs to happen as soon as possible after your little one is finished with their meal. This requires a significant time commitment to clean properly. It is a big pain. Ultimately because if the harness straps, I wish I had gotten a different high chair and high chairs are too expensive to have these kinds of problems with.

Wanted to love it but don't
It's extremely cute but I really dislike the straps it runs on my daughter's neck and leaves her red. I have tried to loosen it and still has the issue. Also it's difficult to clean the straps. I'm just unhappy with it, especially now that's she's really eating solid and using it alot more.

Clean looks - tray deficit
The chair is clean and fits our space nicely. It was easy to assemble and is easy to get the baby situated in. The tray is a bit odd as the surface does not seem to accept many suction cup style utensils/toys and catches water inside during washing. We haven't found a way to get that water out which is somewhat disappointing.
