Zuri Strappy Ballet Flat

Tried the 'deep pecan' color in size 9 and 9.5, as I am between sizes. This one fit better in a 9, which surprised me because I have many Sam Edelman 'Felicia' flats and also a d'orsay pointed toe style that are size 9.5. I wasn't sure that I'd like the look of the cross straps and I should have listened to my gut. Criss cross straps ruined it for me. If the shoe didn't have that, I would have kept it because they felt comfortable and toe box style prevented the outline of by big toenail from showing, which was a big plus. The 'deep pecan' color wasn't what I was expecting, it looked more burgundy instead of golden brown. while suede is generally more forgiving, comfort wise, it's also higher maintenance (need to water proof it, it fades, wear shoes easier). I really wanted to keep them. But I couldn't get past the straps. It was a bit too girly for my taste. Bummed as I am on the hunt for a new flat that I can get in new colors. Felicia style worked like a charm for years, wish they would bring it back!! Need a nude color, medium brown, bright pink and peachy color. So tedious to order and return various other styles :/

These shoes are beautiful and comfortable! You can dress up or down with them. I got a 7.5 that i will be returning as the fit is a little bit snug! With no hesitation, I ordered size 8 and should be coming soon. I will be ordering more in different styles!
