Gorgeous but design flawed
Cut, fabric, color - all just beautiful. The weight on the inside of the cowl really provides a great shape and hold to the front drape. But as others have mentioned, the (many) buttons on each cuff are IMPOSSIBLE to button. The blouse came with cuffs completely buttoned, and it was tough just to get them undone to try it on. The cuffs are skinny enough that no, you can't just pull the sleeves on over your hands without unbuttoning all of them. Once on, after a good 10 minute struggle, I didn't even have one cuff buttoned yet. I wanted to keep this blouse so bad, but just not feasible to actually wear it (without extreme patience, dexterity or professional assistance.)

Well made blouse with nice features.
Lovely blouse, beautiful drape, and cuffs with covered buttons. I returned the XL for L due to the body width - I often need larger sizes due to my long arms, but this was not necessary in this blouse. The L fit nicely, so I would say it runs TTS. The front drape has an attached weight that can be tucked in the front of my bra to prevent overexposure when leaning forward.

Lovely party blouse with black ruffled pants
I was looking for a white or ivory dressy blouse to wear with some beautiful ruffled black pants. This is the blouse! Although the buttons on the sleeves are a little time-consuming to close, it’s a very pretty feminine look without feeling overdone.
