Ladies, I consider this the “It” shoe. It doesn’t get any sexier than this. I was very surprised how comfortable they are considering this is a five inch heel. (With the platform, it’s a little over 4 inches.) Obviously, they are not made for walking outdoors but quite comfortable for ambling about inside and I was even able to confidently dance in them. In regards to sizing for Louboutin shoes, consistency is not one of CL's trademarks. One really needs to go to try on the shoes at the store. I'm a size 9 in general but in CL, I’m either a size 39.5 or 40 -- which depending on the style is either a size 9.5 or a 10. For this bad boy, I am a size 40. So, go treat yourself and size them up at the store! Ladies, do protect your investment by having a good cobbler install a red rubber pad to the soles of your Louboutin. Yes, the red soles are very delicate. After all, that's part of their charm. Also, I found that warming the shoe (either by a hairdryer or by the fireplace) really assists in molding the shoe to the natural shape of your foot and makes them comfortable. Most importantly, if you don't like attention, then these shoes are not for you. Whenever I go out, these shoes are showstoppers! I had perfect strangers come up to me to admire on numerous occasions. I simply love them. Yes, crazy insane money but life is way too short not to wear beautiful shoes.
