Loubitown Crossbody Bag

While out in Mykonos, Greece I was stepping out of the car & my crossbody that was being used as my fanny pack broke apart from the connector hook base screw. The part that pull down to open to grasp the hook connection on the purse itself broke off from the base screw of the connector hook. I can’t image how it would break in that part of the hook. I had no way to carry the fanny pack/ crossbody, at this point except as a clutch! Also, the base of the straps from the leather & stitching are starting to tear apart from the leather seams. The amount of wear doesn’t add up the actual amount of time worn for this bag to tear up like this.
