Loubi Under Red lets you add the signature Rouge Louboutin Nail Colour discreetly to the underside of your nails, similar to the red soles or boldly to your nail surface. The applicator is like a fine, felt-tip pen. The nail color travels to the tip without saturating it, giving you the control and ease to create your own designs. The double-patented, highly pigmented, rich formula gives a luxe, glossy, chip-resistant color with just one coat while two coats gives the effect of 20 layers of traditional nail lacquer. Its unique applicator is made of high-density material that is stable in a solvent-base formula while the nib is made of nylon that’s flexible yet gives the user better control of the product and ultimate precision for art design. It even offers dual usage both as an art brush and dotting tool.
