What it is: A mascara that delivers dramatic volume, enhancing the definition, length, lift and curl of lashes.

What it does: Created with highly concentrated pigments that layer seamlessly—no flaking or smearing—it provides fierce colour and sets with a luminous finish for impactful colour reflection that lasts all day. Designed with a brush uniquely composed of both vertical and horizontal bristles, this lash-amplifying lacquer ensures smooth and precise application. Bristles at the tip of the brush lift and shape even the smallest lashes. This jewel is made of intricately ribbed brass reminiscent of Art Deco architecture. Its gold silhouette is topped with a delicate black shiny crown dressed in spikes. Les Yeux Noirs is encased in a jewelry-like box.

How to use: Wiggle the brush from the base of your lashes through to the tips. Repeat to build volume if desired.

Worth the hype....as hard as it is to admit!

I totally didn't want to love this mascara but it IS worth the hype. I am a die hard mascara girl, on the constant hunt for the best. I constantly get asked if my lashes are real. A lot does go along way too. Use a soft hand when applying. I use a MAC waterproof on the bottom and voile - zero raccoon eyes! This stuff really is a game changer. Velvety rich, super pigmented and long lasting! Will completely repurchase!

Hands down, the worst mascara...

This is, by far, the worst mascara I have ever used. I’m confused by the other reviews which claim they see longer and fuller lashes. Not sure if I received a bad tube, but I honestly see no difference after applying this mascara. I already have very long/thick lashes, so a little goes a long way for me. After applying an extremely generous amount, I still looked as if I wasn’t wearing any mascara. Very disappointed, especially considering the steep price.

My Favorite Mascara

This mascara works very well on my sparse, thin eyelashes. It doesn’t irritate my eyes or gett globby like other brands I’ve tried in the past. I use two applications to get a full look. Washes off easily too! 4 stars ONLY due to price. Though the packaging is special for a night out, I would rather the price be less. Hard to throw away a gorgeous case that isn’t recyclable.

Lush, glossy and mega length once applied ... a splurge but worth it especially if you have opted out of the lash extensions , which over time break your own lashes .

Louboutin Mascara is Amazing!!!

I discovered this amazing mascara a year ago after they discontinued my Guerlain mascara that I used for years. This mascara is amazing and well worth the splurge. I always stock up during the “buy 2 get 1” Nordstrom mascara sale. First off, the first few applications the application can seem a little wet at first, but thereafter it’s perfect and it makes your eyelashes look so full and long. Also make sure you wear a reliable eye shadow base and concealer to keep the mascara from smudging.

Nice, but not worth it

I’m an avid CHANEL makeup user but I wanted to splurge on this and as it is definitely a nice mascara, it’s not worth $80! Your obviously paying A LOT for the fancy canister etc but I will not be keeping mine. I needed to be blown away and wasn’t. Back it goes.
