Bad experience on a much needed delievry

First off, I paid for next day shipping since I needed the shoes for an event, with a couple days to spare in case I didn’t like it. Unfortunately for me the package never made it at first. After a couple calls with customer service they determined my package was lost and they escalated my case where I would be notified of the outcome within 24-48hrs, without having a say in the outcome. At this time it was the day of the event and of course I no longer needed this shoe urgently. The next day I got an email saying that a refund was not an option since they shipped a new shoe for me. Luckily I was refunded the next day shipping fee. I decided to wait until I got the shoe and if I liked it enough, I would keep it. Another surprise awaited me as I opened the package only to find the wrong color! I will spare the rest of the details involving returning it as that was pretty straightforward. I had other options with Saks and Neimann Marcus but I chose Nordstrom since I’ve shopped there in the past. Will definitely rethink ordering any need now items from them after this experience.

Great shoes but not for folks who wear E or EE.

Should have given the options of wide or narrow on the website for buyers to consider. The show itself is stylish, beautiful, and will recommend for any individual that wears narrow shoes. That said, I will not recommend this shoes for customers who wear wide (E or EE) shoes.
