I am usually a size XS or S in women’s sizing. Ordered size S. The sleeves are long and baggy but don’t look particularly flattering. (Note: Size XS would restrict mobility in the arms.) The material is soft but thinner than I expected since Lee is supposedly ‘workwear.’ For $100+ I hoped for something more durable. I like this piece, but it doesn’t meet my expectations—so I might exchange it.
