As you can see by the many reviews, even though it is at a 1380 price point, many people cannot resist this boot. It’s made perfectly. Goes with anything, and is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. My obsession began 5-6 years ago when I saw a picture of Sienna Miller rocking these boots, soon after a famous style blogger wore them also (sincerely Jules) and proved they can be worn with just about any outfit- jeans, dresses, shorts, and worn anywhere: office, party, concerts, running errands. These are chic, and they are timeless. That’s why I invested in 5 of them in different colors. Yes, all at 1380 a pop, plus tax. They are not just shoes, they are an obsession. You should get at least one.

Not worth it.
I've wanted these boots for so long because of how strongly people seem to love them, so I ordered them when they went on sale (still over 1K). Firstly, they were painfully tight. There must be serious production issues if everyone is having such varied experiences in cut. These were so narrow on me! I'm normally a 10/EU40 in designer shoes. I ordered a 10, and they were too narrow and a little short. However, they are also very wide at the ankle. I've heard people complain about how wide the ankle holes are cut. They honestly looked comical looking down and seeing my sock. It made my foot look enormous.
The leather looked like good quality and they are unique, but I'm now convinced no shoe is worth this price. I have $200-$400 boots that have lasted years.

These Boots Were Made For Snatching (Lives)!!!
These boots are everything! They are life itself! They encourage me to be the bigger, bolder version of myself! These boots are Oprah, guys! When I first saw these boots years ago, I thought they were pretty gaudy and I remember saying that I would never purchase something like this. Clearly, I was wrong. A few weeks back I came across them again, and all of a sudden I was OBSESSED with getting them. It's difficult as all get out to find these in my size (40) so I feel like I lucked out. Breaking them in was...a painful experience--and I have a narrow foot with high arches! The boot hugs right around and underneath the ankles on both sides. They way I walk, the leather rubbed TERRIBLY on the instep. After my disastrous first wear, I shoved something round and wide into the shoe to stretch the firmer leather around the ankle area. We've been golden ever since! For as much as these shoes are, I made SURE I could wear them with anything. I can now count scrolling through Pinterest looking at staged modeling shots of the Susanna boot as one of my favorite hobbies. I even take my boots out for a walk every Saturday; visiting busy malls and pretending to shop (the cost of these suckers have left me destitute and probably homeless), just so I can hear people compliment me (and by me, I mean my boots). These boots have made me both other-wordly and super vain. And I'm not sure I would have it any other way.

Gorgeous even if your outfit is a SACK lol
These are NOT shoes. They're works of art. I own 3 pairs, and another one on the way! As far as sizing, well, people have mixed reviews depending on the type of leather. I own 3, all 37.5IT. (All worn with thin socks or liners) 2 pairs of Nappa/Lambskin and 1 Patent Calfskin. To give you an idea, (my feet are a little bit wide) 37.5-38 on AGL ballet flats, 38 Valentino Rockstud Kitten Heels. Wish I also pre ordered the Nude ones in 37.5 but looks like Nordies won't be carrying this size...

Finally
Have lusted after these for years. Finally did it. Life is short buy the shoes. :). I'd say they are TTS. I am usually a 6.5 and went with the 36.5. The leather is so buttery soft and they are seriously gorgeous. I went with the black because it's the classic color and I love the way the gold pops against the black. Hard to see the gold with the nude IMO. Best early Christmas present to myself!

Stunner!!
Love love love my new booties. They surely are a fashion statement...Get them, you won’t regret. I’d always seen the shoes on social media and online and just wished I could have them. I,however, didn’t know what size to get because there were contradicting reviewes all over. Lo and behold, one day when I passing through Nordstrom I saw the Susannas on display. They were just waiting for me to try them on! Long story short, I’m a proud owner. I went 1/2 a size down. I am a true 8 US shoe size, (38EU size). Tried a 38 and it was somewhat loose fitting. Tried a 37.5 and it fit like a glove.
