The one-star rating is even a stretch!
I have been a long-time Nordstrom shopper and have bought anywhere from $10 tshirts to high-end luxury designer items from their store. I am sorely disappointed, shocked, and feel insulted that they would send me this sorry excuse for a small Chloe Marcie Leather Satchel in “flannel grey” that looks absolutely fake. The product I received is worse than the fake bags you would buy from NYC’s sidewalk.
First, the product’s “leather” and coloring do not look anything like the Flannel Grey pictured. It’s packaged in thin, wrinkled plastic bag that’s sealed with scotch tape. It comes with no dust bag nor branded box packaging, and the leather feels more like plastic to the touch. Thank goodness they remembered to attach the $2,390 price tag. Absolute joke! What a disappointment. I do hope that the brand owners at Chloe will see this review so they can understand how their retailer chooses to represent their brand and products. This may just be my designer brand purchase from Nordstrom. Hard to trust. The product will be returned right away tomorrow!

No dust bag for a Chloe purse?!?
I am shocked that this Chloe bag was shipped in a PLASTIC bag - there wasn’t even a dust protector included inside the purse! Super disappointing. Will have to return.
