really wanted to like this bag
Returned this basket bag for a few reasons. The leather flap doesn't really close the bag and things in the bag can easily fall out of the sides, as it's very shallow. The shoulder strap was stiff and the leather was curled up at the end. Would have been better for the strap to be connected to the basket with a ring to allow the bag to hang nicely when worn on the shoulder.

not functional.
Such a cute bag! I had my eye on it for months before purchasing and once I did I was so bummed. Everything falls out. Everything. Cannot really keep anything inside. Additionally the straps being attached where they are causes the bag to move around to much and not be stationary. If it had smaller handles and therefore could be carried two ways I would like it but I wish I had passed.

It’s good, not perfect, but good
As the reviewers before stated, this bag does tip and things fall out. I’ve now had the bag a year and as time has gone on, it’s happened less and less. With that said, to alleviate the issue all together, I now have a pouch the size of the bag inside and I just cinch the pouch and nothing comes out anymore. I love the size, and shape. It would have been better with hooks to attach the straps to alleviate the issue all together but it really will work as is if you add a pouch. It’s worth it in my opinion :)

Different color than photo
The photo translates the pink color differently. It’s a lot darker in person and not as cute in that shade.
