no quality control
I received this item WITHOUT the chain strap. It was packaged in a plastic bag and put into a box. When I reached out to customer service, they suggested I rerun and rebuy but the color id purchased was already out of stock so there was nothing they could do. And they won’t send a replacement chain strap. Not to mention, the bag has a return label. Who is sending out a bag over 2K without checking to make sure it’s not missing one of its key components? So disappointed with Nordstrom.
