Well, I ordered these Chloe sneaks as a treat and when the box finally arrived, two weeks later, it wasn’t the Chloes at all, but rather, somebody’s used and scuffed sneaks (pictured) in a different size. No cancellation email or anything, just someone else’s shoes. When I called, I was told by CS that the Chloes were now entirely sold out, but they could give me a return label, which I already (obviously) have. Good customer service would be making this even - pay for the difference between the shoes I ordered and you failed to send and what I now would have to spend to buy them elsewhere (Saks). The opportunity to return someone else’s dirty shoes doesn’t really seem like enough, does it?

I normally go towards neutrals but love this fun shoe. Fit was TTS for me as a size 8 and medium width shoe. The tongue of the shoes was a sheerer mesh which I didn’t anticipate but didn’t mind. Very comfortable to walk in and I could wear these all day. I was worried they would be too bright but for me they were perfect.

Do NOT Pass These Up!
I've had my eyes on these for a while and so glad I decided to pull the trigger. They are even better looking in person. They are comfortable and I this neutral color will be able to coordinate with so much of my wardrobe. I found these to be true to size. I am a women's size 8 and purchased a 38.

Cuteness Overload!
Ugh! The price. Ordered anyway. Tried them on and loved them. I put them back in the box and digested the price. They sat for a couple weeks and I could not forget how cute they looked when I put them on. They ended up being a keeper.
I wear a size 9, however in the world of 38, 39, 40 sizes, I wear a size 40. I ordered a size 40 and they fit fine.

Beauties!!!
I am a pretty solid 9.5 and was given a 39 by a store clerk however the toe box is narrow on these shoes and my toes were getting crushed when worn. I was able to return them for a size 40 and I’m sure it will fit much better. Comfortable but definitely need some give if you’re in between sizes. They are STUNNING!!!
